50 Android Games!

Now I've got my nice shiny new Android phone, I've got it working nicely for business use, but you definitely need some games don't you?

This video features 50 for Android (and I was only complaining last night I hadn't seen many games for it available!).

Wanna stalk your girlfriend? There’s an app for that!

This just made me laugh today!!

I still get tempted on the iPhone as I'm running more and more of the business on the iPod Touch... That said I love my hardware keyboard on the Touch Pro (and am still tempted by the Touch Pro 2)....

If iPhone did a slider keyboard I might be sold, it's not the keyboard exactly that's the problem.... It's how much screen real estate you lose when it's up!
I downloaded the Touch Term Pro app the other day (yes there's an app for that!) and it has a myriad of gestures and features.. But an SSH session under a transparent keyboard worries me!

Also the other big concern I have is this, I don't want to have listened to music all day and then suddenly need to make an urgent change to a server and not have enough battery life (particularly as a spare battery is a no-no on the iPhone) - do I really need an iPod Touch and an iPhone?!?! hmmmmm

Tech Support Cheat Sheet

Matt posted this over at Technoboria and I had to repost here it's brilliant!

He makes a very good point:

Us computer types don’t know how to use every computer program in the world. What we are good at is working out how they are used based on a few simple rules.

I should have a poster put up in my cube sometimes with this on!!

Facebook sez, "Don't mind us, we're just whoring out your photos"

Media_httpwwwblogcdncomwwwdownloadsquadcommedia200907gdge5y45y45y4jpg_reqkczpbehjbxbi

Matt pointed me in the direction of this today and I've got to say it's not something I've noticed before, but is something I intend to do something about!

There's a new bit in Facebook settings:

Facebook occasionally pairs advertisements with relevant social actions from a user's friends to create Facebook Ads. Facebook Ads make advertisements more interesting and more tailored to you and your friends. These respect all privacy rules.

This is what happened to Peter Smith, in the image above who did think the image of the young single was pretty hot - she just happened to already be his wife!!!!!!

You can change this option here:
-> Settings -> Privacy -> News Feed and Wall -> Facebook Ads -> Appearance in Facebook Ads and click "no one."

You could of course decide you want to part of adverts to your friends?!
